E-form Inc 22a Active (active Company Tagging Identities And Verification) Mandatory Compliance
MCA has issued new compliance in order to ascertain official address of the Companies, in order to eliminate dummy companies.
For the purpose of the same , a new for namely e-form INC 22A which is also known as e-Form ACTIVE (Active Company Tagging
Identities and Verification). Through notification on 21 February 2019, is introduced by MCA under the Companies
(Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2019.
Please note non filing of this form attracts penalty of Rs 10,000 and the non complaint company will not be able to do any
transaction of any sort in the non complaint company.
The Last Date For Filing This Form Is 25th April 2019.
For the purpose of filing this form, companies are required to submit below listed information:
- Name of the Company and CIN
- Registered Address of the Company (electricity bill Required)
- Two Photograph of the registered office of the company. The first photo of the registered office shall be taken from outside
of the premises, whereas the second photo needs to be taken from within the registered office premises showing
at least one director / KMP who shall be signing the e-form INC-22A. - Location of registered office on Map defining Latitude / Longitude-You may search the office address on Google map and send
this information. - Email for OTP verification
- DSC registered with MCA
- Details of:
- Directors, DIN, and Status of DIN
- Statutory Auditor (PAN, Firm number, Period of Appointment etc)
- Cost Auditor (if applicable)
- Company Secretary (if total paid up capital 5cr or more than)
- CEO or Managing Director
- CFO (if applicable)
- SRN Number of AOC 4 / MGT 7
