- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24hrs of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the operational team and Operations team has
initiated the process of assignment. - Once a product/service has been purchased or availed from our website or offline channel, it is considered final sale and no refunds will be issued after 24hrs. We understand that there may be circumstances where your plan might alter, in that case we encourage you to discuss alternative options such as store credit within 48hrs of your purchase.
Company360 Private Limited will review the entire contents of the client’s physical, electronic, and billing file when processing
the request. Within five (5) days, our company will send a written response denying the request, requesting more
information, or granting the request. The decision as to the response remains completely within the discretion
of Company360 Private Limited and will remain final.
