Job Summary:
The Sales Executive at our legal firm will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. They will work closely with the rest of the sales team to develop and execute a sales strategy, as well as with the legal team to understand the firm’s services and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and targeting potential clients through market research,
networking, and other means - Building relationships with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and
in-person meetings - Presenting the firm’s services to potential clients and answering any questions
or concerns they may have - Negotiating and closing deals with clients
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for
additional business - Participating in industry events and tradeshows to promote the firm’s services
- Providing regular reports on sales activities and progress to management
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Â At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a professional services or
consulting environment - Â Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Â Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Â The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Â A professional and polished demeanor
- Â A strong understanding of the legal industry is a plus, but not required
