Trademark Class 2
According to Nice classification heading for class 2 states Paints, varnishes, lacquers; Preservatives against rust and against deterioration of wood; Colorants; Mordants; Raw natural resins; Metals in foil and powder form for use in painting, decorating, printing and art are included in Class 2. The heading gives you a brief broad overview about what exactly is including in a particular class.
Class 2 includes, in particular: – paints, varnishes and lacquers for industry, handicrafts and arts; – dyestuffs for clothing; – colorants for foodstuffs and beverages. But Class 2 does not include, specifically – unprocessed artificial resins (Covered in Class 1); – laundry blueing (covered in Class. 3); – cosmetic dyes (Class 3); – paint boxes (articles for use in school falls in Class 16); – insulating paints and varnishes (Covered in Class 17).
